We had planned to do Ashley's birthday party on March 17th and ended up having to postpone it last minute due to a HUGE winter storm moving in. But we did not let her birthday weekend go missed. Aunt Erin, Unlce David and the kids were already up since they had planned to be here for the original party date, so we had a great weekend hanging out with family. On Saturday, we got up and made a big breakfast...all of Ashley's favorites, afterwards we all went swimming at the Y, then to see the movie The Lorax. Then on Sunday her actuall birthday we were pretty well snowed in for the 1st part of the morning, so we just hung out and enjoyed the snow. Ashley and David made a snowman all by themselves, later that afternoon we headed into town to go to Red Robin so Ashley could cash in on her FREE birthday burger. Overall, she, we all had a great birthday weekend celebrating Ashley. =)
She couldn't decide weather she wanted to go swimming or play in the snow. =)
ashley ate extra french fries with ranch just for her Aunt Sara.
Her gift from Nana & Tata
The snowman Ashley and David built, isn't it so cute!
Sunday night we got a ton more snow, so since we were pretty much snowed in, we headed out bak to play. We had so much fun!

"Hey Dad!"
Still eating snow
Ashley decide to make another snowman, this time she wanted to make one with boobs like Aunt Erin's. I SWEAR this was her idea not ours...ok well the m & m's were Dan's. =}
Then we wanted to see how big of a snowman we could make...this was the bottom ball.
We had one heck of a time stacking him...but didn't he turnout so cute?
He lasted almost a full week!
I had to share this, so the same day we are snowed in and building our snowman, we get this picture from Aunt Carol in Michigan with the Title "Spring on the Farm". Isn't that hilarious that we are snowed in and she has this beautiful green yard with blooming trees, lol!
Happy Spring!
