Friends

My friend Heather and I got together on Saturday to let the girls play. If you remember Heather and I worked together at OfficeMax and went through our pregnancies together, we both had girls just 2 days apart. It was really nice to have someone to go through your pregnancy with and now to go through motherhood with. Anyway, we met downtown to get some pictures of the girls, both together and separately, we had lunch and walked around at the Corvette show. All four of us had a really good day hanging out and we got some AWESOME pictures of the girls. We can't wait to do it again soon. The four of us-gotta love the automatic timer.
Guess who took this picture --- A did, pretty good isn't?

2 1/2 !?!?!

2 1/2 Yup I said it, our baby girl is growing way too fast! If anyone has any suggestions on how to slow her down, well actually J can use it too, please let us know. =)

Not a whole lot new with A since her last update, but of course I have lots of new pictures for you. =) You know me I am a picture queen, I mean really, can you have too many? Naaaa

Since our last update, A and I have joined a moms group called MOPS, we meet twice a month and so far we LOVE it! A had a rough time adjusting to the new nursery and kids on the first day, but now she has friends, and can't wait to go back and see them.

A has also recently discovered the Hannah Montana Movie, have you seen it? Cute movie if you haven't. Anyway, she has watched it so many times she can re-site the lines, she can also sing every song on the movie, and knows all the dances. It is absolutely hilarious and so adorable to watch her at the same time. I am working on getting it on video so you all can see. This months blog background and music is for A, her favorite color is blue and she helped me pick the music, can ya tell?

While down at the Kargs last week, I got her to step on the scale, because you know we don't own one of them, anyway it says she now ways 27 pounds! Wow, she is finally gaining some weight, I don't know how because she eats like a bird most of the time.

Well, I think that is about all the new news on A. Hope you are all doing well, have a great day!

Posing for a picture on the rocks, she loves them and every time we drive by them she asks to climb them so we stopped one day (to see D in class) and let her take a picture on them.

Day 3 & 4 with the Karg Kids

So on day 3, Saturday, I decided to take the kids to the zoo, My Sister and family met us there. We had a great time, and all the kids enjoyed "hanging" out. Even though we got there early it was still a little warm out, so about half way around the zoo we stopped to let the kids play in the splash pad. They had a blast, it cooled them off for the rest of our journey, and they were dry by the time we left. After playing in the splash pad we found a picnic area to sit and have our lunch. What a great day!
When we left the zoo I decided to stop by and say hi to my Mom at work since it wasn't too far out of the way, she was surprised and enjoyed seeing all the 4 of the kids. From there we had to get home because J had a soccer party to go to. While J was at the party, I took the other 3 kids to the splash park there in the neighborhood. F, A & A had fun playing in the water, all while working up a huge appetite, we then headed home for dinner, baths and bed.
Day 4 wasn't anything exciting. We got up got ready, cleaned up the house then I dropped the kids off at their grandparents house, I had to get home for a block watch meeting & neighborhood pot luck.
Overall, the days with the kids went really well. Thank you again for letting me stay with the kids, I had fun & A and I enjoyed it. Thank you E for coming with us to the zoo, it was great seeing you and the kids. Love & Miss all of you already. =)
