October

***WARNING***WARNING***WARNING***
I am so behind and have so much to share with you so for lack of time I am about to combine all my October posts for you that I never got too, so this is going to have a ton of pictures and videos...ENJOY!! =)
Early in the month we headed to the lake with some friends for a picnic and to do some fishing, it was a really nice day.

Allison getting ready for Halloween in her 1st pony tail.
Halloween Toes
We had a craft day and made these cute witches to help us countdown the days to Halloween.
This is a picture of Jordan at her last swim meet in October. She is on the diving board getting ready to dive.

Pictures are kinda out of order but the library had a pumpkin party and afterwards I took the kids into the park for a mini photo shoot, got these adorable pictures of them.

Again pictures are out of order but these are from our 4th Annual Halloween Party held on Halloween morning. We had lots of yummy food, a bounce house, games, crafts, cookie decorating and glitter tattoos.

A couple for the Library Pumpkin PartyAllison and Lain got to start gymnastics in October, they had one class, then we switched gymnastics days because Ashley got moved up, so now we are on the wait list again. =}
They had a great time, but are kinda out of control, they just love to be on the equipment.

Our nephew Kai celebrated his 5th birthday on October 30th, they happened to be up here for a few days so we had cake and ice cream to celebrate.
After singing to Kai, we carved our pumpkins.

Pulling out the guts
Hi!

and our little lady bugs
For the 1st time since we lived up here we actually had company for Halloween so we decided to go to Mt Vernon. Mt Vernon is a street in downtown Prescott with the coolest huge old houses. Well, for Halloween they go ALL out, they close the street the houses decorate like you wouldn't believe and you get full size candy bars. =) This was just one of the MANY decorated houses on the block.

Sisters

A couple other things that went on in October that I forgot to add pictures for were my nephews birthday parties, David and Kai both had birthdays this month. And my brothers time quickly approached. He had to turn himself in on October 17. We went down and got to spend some time with him before he had to turn himself in. He has been sentenced to 6 years in prison and has been sent to Douglas. It has been a rough adjustment without him around. If you could just keep him and our family in your prayers especially through this up coming holiday season.

18 Months

Allison tuned 18 months at the end of October. I just can't believe how fast time is flying. Allison is our wild child, yes even more then Ashley, she has no fear, she is so happy and has the cutest little smile. Allison is starting to talk more and more everyday. She loves to sing and loves to dance. She also loves her big sister Ashley and wants to be just like her...everything Ashley does, Allison wants to too. We are trying to hold her back on some of that because we aren't ready for her to grow up that fast. Allison LOVES to play with babies, real and toys. =) Allison also loves animals of all kinds, she loves to walk to the horses and feed them and loves to stop every dog that walks by us at the park. Allison is still a big eater, loves to eat and will eat several meals a day. At Allison's 18month update she weighed 21 pounds and 13 ounces and was 30 1/2 inches long, she is in the 25th percentile for both weight and length. She is still much bigger then Ashley was, click here to read Ashley's 18month update. Allison doesn't have much interest in TV, but loves to read and do flash cards. I have been doing "your Baby Can Read" with the kids and it is actually starting to work, she may not be able to say every word she is reading but she can do the motion. =) Well, i think I have covered about everything. I hope you enjoy the pictures from The past month of Allison.

She passed out before i got to the grocery store, but I had to do some shopping, so I put her in the cart on a blanket from my car, she slept the whole time. =)
