Our 2nd Anniversary

D and I celebrated our 2nd Wedding Anniversary on June 17th. We actually got to go out alone for the first time since A has been born, let me tell you how nice it was, thank you Rachel!


We dropped A off at our friends house and we headed into town. We had ordered our wedding cake toper again this year so we went and picked that up. After picking up our cake, we went to a little coffee house downtown. The coffee house has a great little courtyard, so we just hung out and talked. After our coffee, ok don't laugh, but we went to Home Depot, there we sat in the lawn and garden department on all the nice patio furniture, and looked at home decorating books, I know, cheesy. After Home Depot we went and had a nice dinner at Olive Garden. Let me tell you how nice it was to not have a screaming child and not have to inhale my food. Unfortunately, we ate too much, and didn't get to eat our cake. We ate it a couple days later and shared it with Ashley and some friends. We had a wonderful anniversary and look forward to many more wonderful years together.
