Idaho

We finally go to get away to Idaho to visit Dan's Brother and family. If you remember they moved there last August. They are really enjoying it and we have been dying to go visit. This was like no vacation he have been on, in a good way, usually we are so busy and have activities planned everyday that we come home beat, this time we didn't do a whole lot except hang out! It was AWESOME, Dave, Lori and Alyssa, I can't tell you how much we enjoyed hanging out and playing games. Thank you so much for letting us come and visit your beautiful home and spend time with you guys. We love you and hope to make it out there again this summer. This was the center of a HUGE round-about in town.

On Saturday, Dan, Dave, Jordan & Alyssa got to go snowboarding at Targhee, I sent the point and shoot camera with Dan to get some pictures of them snowboarding or at the very least the scenery. Yeah when they got home he realized he never took any pictures and he was going to be in BIG trouble, so he quickly took this picture of himself. =}

Dan and Dave did get a second snowboarding trip in on Thursday and besides almost dying (they slid on a patch of ice went head on into on coming traffic, slid between to huge trucks, missed a pole as they were heading for the edge of a cliff, thank goodness the car hit another patch of ice that turned them side ways and kept them from going off the edge, everyone was ok, and the big trucks they missed helped pull them back on to the road, whew!) on the way home they had a great day on the mountain.

Ashley had the best time hanging out with her big sister Jordan and cousin Alyssa. They did her hair and put make up on her, took pictures of her and taught her all about Justin Bieber.

Allison was in love with all the stairs, Dave and Lori had 2 sets that she could not get enough of. On February 6th, Dan's Birthday, Super Bowl Sunday, we went over to Chris & Garilu's (friends of Dave & Lori) house for a Superbowl party and once again Allison loved the steps, Alyssa got these cute pictures of her.

While at the Super Bowl Party, we took some time out to celebrate Dan's 36th Birthday and Gracie's 5th Birthday. Jordan made this cake special for her Dad.

On Thursday while the guys went snow boarding, Lori and the Girls and I got to get out and see the town and do some shopping. While we were out we went by the Idaho Falls, they were so neat! Frozen solid, yet you could still here the water running below the ice, it was cool.

Lori and I were also able to get out a couple other times, without the girls and spend some good quality sister in law time. On Monday, we went to Zumba together, which was a BLAST, and on Thursday we went to Bunco, I had never played and totally loved it. Thank you so much Lori, I really enjoyed hanging out with you. Can't wait to do it again.
