12 Months

ONE YEAR!! Can you believe it our baby is no longer a baby. This year has just flown by and although she is not our 1st it was still a year of trails and learning lots of new things. The girls are same in many ways and different in many other ways.

Allison is a very happy baby, a busy body, we never had to put cabinet locks on the cabinets for Ashley, but think we may need to soon for Allison, I think I said this before but she is like a tornado, goes room to to room and destroys everything, keeping Mama very busy. =) She loves to play with her sister, if her sister will let her. She LOVES playing with babies and pushing stuff around, she also loves to climb on things. This month has been a little crazy, she cut four teeth in a matter of weeks she got the 1st one on April 1st, no foolin', then April 6th, April 16th, then April 24th. She now has 6 teeth total 4 on top and 2 on bottom. She has also began to take steps on her own, not all the time but here and there she will take a couple then crawl. Crawling is still her preferred method of travel. =) Allison is starting to talk more and has started using more sign language as well. She now says Mama & Dada and actually uses them correctly, she says hi, bye, that and she calls Ashley Aaa. In sign she regularly says eat/hungry, more and all done, working on please and thank you, but she doesn't seem to have the patience yet, she can be very demanding and has no patience, when she wants more food, she wants it NOW! lol

I am trying to ween Allison from nursing, but am having problems getting her to drink regular milk, I've tried different sippy cups, straw cups and even tried a bottle and she wants nothing to do with them as long as milk is in them. =}

Allison now weighs 18lbs 12 oz and is 28 inches long. She is in the 25% for both height and weight. Here are some pictures and videos of Allison from March 25th - April 24th. My next update for her will be 15 months. =)

Allison is a VERY light sleeper compared to Ashley, so I haven't been able to take many sleeping pictures, look how big shes getting in her bed.

She loves the mini merry-go-round at the mall just like Ashley. Daddy has to ride with her or Mommy will get "car" sick and throw up. =}

Can you believe it 3 sleeping pictures in 1 month, woo-hoo! This is Ashley's baby Lilly, Allison just loves her and it is ALWAYS a huge fight between the two of them who's gonna play with her and/or sleep with her. We decided to get Allison her own "Lilly" doll for her birthday.

Allison teeth did not come in in normal fashion, as you can kinda see she got her two outside front teeth before getting her actual 2 front teeth, she looked like a little hill billy for a little bit. =)

She loves to put things on her head, she thinks it is so funny.
