Well here we go with the start of all our Fourth of July posts, as usual we had a great weekend full of fun, family and friends. Prescott really knows how to do Fourth of July. We kicked the weekend off with the Frontier Day Rodeo Parade, it is the 2nd largest parade in the state, so if you can imagine finding a good seat in the shade can be a little difficult, after
last year we had to revise our strategy a little bit. So this year Zach (Kurstin's) boyfriend headed downtown at 3:30 am to pick our seats and set up our chairs, no we did not stay and wait for the parade to start, we went back and got some sleep. But we had prime front row seats in the shade, it was awesome! Note to self for next year, don't stay up till it's time to go set up chairs at 3:30 in the morning, I am too old for that and was dragging by lunch time. =) Anyway, we had a lot of fun at the parade, had lunch at The Palace, watched the Boot Races and walked around the craft fair. What a great day! We then headed home for naps and later had dinner and game night here at our house. We just love the relationship we have with Jack, Nancy & Kurstin, we love you guys!

Our good "Princess" friends from

Yup that is one of my best friends Amy, her and her husband Dale came p for the day, they had lunch and got to walk around with us for a little bit. It was great to see you guys. =) Ashley took this picture of the 4 of us, not too bad. =}
