San Francsico...Again

We really enjoyed seeing San Francisco on Sunday, but it was also hard to see EVERYTHING that we wanted to with the babies. Jordan had been dying to go to San Francisco and actually get to really see, shop, eat and enjoy San Francisco. Paige, Jordan's friend flew in on Monday morning so we decide we would leave Ashley and Allison home with Grandma Cyndy and Aunt Cece while we took Jordan and Paige to the City. This day was a lot more action packed and consisted of lots of walking, learning the buss system and traveling the not so touristy roads. Again a super long day but loads of fun.
Alcatraz, we really wanted to do this tour, but it was sold out, that will be something we plan for our next visit to the Bay area.
We stopped in China town...until i got attacked by a pigeon, then it was back to the car. lol
For lunch, we found a great little pizza place in Little Italy, some of the best pizza any of us have had.
We walked down this cool ally, had some great spots for pictures. =)

BIG, BEAUTIFUL Church

We got to Visit Lombard Street..."The Crookedest Street in the World", it was pretty cool, we even drove down it.
View from the bottom up
Of course had to take a picture of this, duh!
We got to go see the "Pretty Ladies" aka the houses from the T.V. show Full House. We took a picture in the same park in about the same spot they took their picture in the intro of the show.

A view of the park from the Pretty Ladies
After visiting the Pretty Ladies, we headed to the Castro District.

Here's the actual store where Harvey Milk first opened his camera store which later became City Hall. If you have never seen the movie Milk, you should, it was good. =)
On the City bus
Had to take Paige on a cable car, it was so fun. =)

So while on the cable car, we passed this building, and as you can see there where tons of motorcycle cops along both sides of it and cops everywhere, I asked "is that the police station", the cable car driver giggled and said no that it was a hotel that all the "big & Famous" people stay there when they are in town, he said obviously someone big is here today, of course at that time Jordan, Paige and I were ready to jump off to go find out who was staying in that building. =}
Jordan made it in to the 3 story Forever 21!
We were told this 7 story mall was open till midnight, but when we got there around 10 PM we found out that it had just closed. ={ Jordan was so sad and we felt really bad because we knew that that would have totally made her trip. Sorry Kiddo, guess that gives us an excuse to go back AGAIN. =)
