The Beach

Sorry for the delay...we had a busy week, back to your vacation.

After Disneyland our original plan was to get up early and drive straight to Sea World, but we were so beat that we decided to alter our plans a bit. We got up, took our time to get ready and get out of the hotel then drove to our hotel in San Diego. After getting checked in to the Westin we decided to take a drive over to Coronado Beach. Let me tell you that was gorgeous beach. Our original intent wasn't to really swim, but maybe walk look at the shops get some ice cream etc. But we got about 10 feet into the sand and Ashley was stripping her clothes off, rolling in the sand and making sand angels while Allison was making a beeline bolt for the water. Who knew our girls were such beach bunnies. =) We had a great time on the beach, looking at the shops and we did get to get ice cream too. We headed back to the hotel so Dan & I could get ready to go out for our Anniversary.

Dan and I enjoyed a nice evening out at Jimmy Loves in the Gaslamp area of San Diego. We had a great dinner followed but some dancing, it was a wonderful night. Happy 5 year Anniversary honey, I love you so much! And thank you Cyndy for staying with the girls while we went out.

This became a routine as soon as Dan grabbed the luggage cart, both girls knew exactly what that meant, a ride to the car. =)

Our sand castle...naa not really, but some guy did build it that day while we were there, it was pretty cool.
