We had A's 2 year well-baby check up today, and it went well. A weighed in at 23 pounds and is now 32 inches tall. She is in the 10th percentile for both her height and weight. This is the age that you double their height to see how tall they will be as an adult, so that means A will be 64 inches or 5'4", which is perfect, because that is how tall I am. =) The Doctor is very impressed with the size of A's vocabulary, she may be in only the 10th percentile for height and weight but she says her brain is in the 100th + percentile. =) A did get one shot, but the good news is no more shots till shes four, woo-hoo, and even better, as long as A stays healthy we won't need to go back until she is 3!On a side note, A has been having some problems with her pee-pee. A few weeks ago we thought A may have had a urinary tract infection or something because nothing looked visibly wrong and she was crying when she went potty, when we wiped her, washed her, urgh it was terrible. Anyway, they ran some tests and they came back negative. Well, she is still fussing when we wipe or wash her, so they are gonna run some more tests just to double check. Were not sure if there is something wrong, or if it's because shes potty training or what, but better safe then sorry . We will keep you posted, talk to you soon.
