A turns 2!

We no longer have a baby on our hands, we have a toddler, a little girl. Oh, I am so sad, well excited too. Although our little girl is growing, in the Dr's eyes she is still a peanut. We won't have her well baby appointment until the 30th but we had to make a trip to the Dr last week for what we thought was a bladder infection, turns out nothing was wrong, but while we were there she did get weighed. A now weighs 23 lbs, which puts her in the bottom of the 3rd percent for other kids her age. =}
I think I say this every month, but she is really talking up a storm! She is doing more and more three and four word combinations everyday. She has recently learned her shapes and can even sometimes draw them. She also has a good part of her ABC's down. Of course we are still working on counting she is up to 10 in her own little way. =) The weather has been somewhat nice lately so we have been spending more time outside, if she had it her way she'd be out there all day and most of the night. Potty training is still going well. We have our good days and bad days, hopefully it won't be too much longer. =) A has also recently taken an interest in showers instead of baths, she just loves them!
For A's actual birthday we took her to play at Freedom Station, which has all kinds of fun activities for kids (soft play, bumper cars, mini golf, etc.). She loved playing in the "soft" play area. After playing we went and got her her free ice cream cone from Baskin Robbins. We wrapped up our day with pizza for dinner and playing out back on the swing. She was sure pooped b the end of the night.
