Date Night

After our appointment in Phoenix we rushed back up the mountain cuz we had a hockey game to get too. D's second job (the ambulance company) has a suite at the arena here in town so they invited all their employees and a guest to the game. The festivities started at 5:30 with an indoor tailgate party with lots of yummy and free appetizers and drinks. They were also doing drawings for different things, both of our names got drawn before we got there (we were running a little behind getting home & getting A dropped off to the sitters house) but had too be put back in the box since we weren't there. After the tailgate party we all headed to our seats to watch the game, they gave each person $15 for spending at the food and drink concessions in the arena, so we didn't pay for anything all night, it was great. They continued the drawings throughout the night but neither of our names got picked again. =(

I had never been to a Hockey game so it was really cool. I really don't understand the whole fighting thing, I know everyone gets excited for it, but I think it's kinda dumb. The AZ sundogs lost to the TX gorillas 2 -4, oh well, it was still a nice night out with my honey. =)

We got to see our good friends the Karg's for a little bit before our Dr's appt. They watched A so we wouldn't have to take her with The cool thing was my bestest friend R was in town, so we had to take our "bestest friends" picture. Thank you guys so much for watching A for us, we really appreciated it. It was great to see all of you. We miss you and hope to see you guys again soon.
