We had our first big winter storm just before the new year. We woke up the morning of the 30th to a very white yard, it was so pretty. Ashley was so excited to walk out of her room and see it, she has been anxiously awaiting it. Usually when we get snow it starts melting off within a day, not this time we had below freezing temperatures for a week so it syuck around, it was kinda nice. After our big storm, we headed into town to do some sledding, it was so cold, but so fun. Tell me if Ashley isn't Dans daughter, "ok Ashley 1 last tube, because Allison is getting tired so we need to go." Ashley: "Ok, then can we go get some ice cream?" LOL Here she is a frozen popsicle and all she wanted to do was go get ice cream. =)

The snow was actually very dry, it was hard to make snowballs or a snow man, it didn't stick very well.

She was out within minutes...and YES Ashley got her ice cream. =)
