Courthouse Lighting

The courthouse lighting has been a tradition here in Prescott for the last 55 years. Prescott has been nick named the Christmas City and if you wanna know why you will have to join us one of these years for some of the many Christmas events going on. The whole town gathers around the courthouse square every year to here the reading of the Christmas story then watch the plaza come ablaze with thousands of lights, afterwards all the school age children lead us in Christmas Carols. It is always so fun, and usually freezing cold. Hope you can join us next year.
